A monster set that improves a werewolf's performance in PVE or PVP while reducing the ultimate cost to 200 or less. Or a monster set that removes the ultimate cost for werewolf transformation and instead ultimate just grants charged normal attacks, so I can finally run freely in the fields as a werewolf with my pack. Although Werewolves can survive in Cyrodiil using Medium Armor because they gain nearly 10,000 Resistance when Transformed, I highly recommend playing in Heavy especially if you have never played a Werewolf before or are not proficient in doing so. You cannot learn if you are dead and Heavy Armor will keep you alive longer.
